This isn't your average dog show. The Golden Gate Kennel Club Dog Show is a unique "benched" dog show. This means that you don't just get to watch the pooches compete – you can also get to know them afterward on special "benches" that are organized by breed. It's a great opportunity for dog lovers to learn about different breeds and meet some of the cutest contestants in the Bay Area.
Choose from two different Blue Ribbon shows taking place at San Francisco's Cow Palace, on Saturday, January 28 and Sunday, January 29. See Dalmatians strut, dachshunds prance, and terriers charm the crowd – and then meet them after the show and just try not to fall in love.
Tickets to the Golden Gate Kennel Club Dog Show cost $15 for general admission, $13 for seniors, and $9 for children. Purchase tickets in advance or at the box office beginning at 8 am. Shows and trial hours take place from 7 am to 9 pm each day.
